Brother-in-law got a deer processed last year and said they were great. We had difficulty with finding out when we could drop off a deer. Finally I found the following information: DEER DROP OFF HOURS DURING ALABAMA HUNTING SEASON (unless otherwise posted) MON, TUES, THURS, FRI, SAT: 8am-8pm and WEDNESDAY: 8-5pm. Both pigs were processed as ordered. Sealed, frozen, and clean. The meat was great and the people were even better. Planning for 2 more pigs in the fall.
Thinner casings for your bratwurst & kielbasa ... Way too tough ...
They need a website so you can order meat. Someone gave us some here in Ga and it's the best I have tasted.
