This Dr is part time and off more than they are in the office. I only gave a star because I couldn’t review with 0 stars as 1 star is too generous. I got called as walking in to be turned away as Dr was not it. Then they offered no flexibility on the rescheduling. The front office staff was extremely rude in the process. They do a poor job communicating and are not customer friendly. Save yourself the trouble and find a different location to be seen.
Love Dr. Weaver, but, can’t schedule no more than 2 people at one time, which puts a damper on my family of 4 going. I don’t know what’s changed but we never had this problem before. So they told us we could do a walk in and then I go to do that and they tell me they only do one walk in per visit. So how convenient is it to have to separate all of us when we have to take time out of work and kids school all at different times.
Great experience. The staff was great. Dr. Weaver was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. I left feeling more informed about the health of my eyes and my vision needs. Excellent experience!
I asked my ophthalmologist who’s been treating me for ocular surface problems for a couple of years to fill out the DMV form for my upcoming drivers license renewal because I was not comfortable taking it at the DMV. He referred me back to my optometrist doctor Weaver, who I’ve been seeing for at least four years. She did my exam and said her numbers would only allow me a restricted to daytime drivers license.
