The Director, Michelle Carter is the BEST director this company has! I worked under her several months when she filled in at the community where I worked. She is professional, very wise, hard working, good at team building, and loves the residents! Can't say enough good things about her!

Weatherwood is without a doubt the best place I have ever worked! We were all like family, and I loved to come to work everyday. The residents, and employees are the greatest people on the planet. I had to leave to further my education, but it was an extremely tough decision. There is no better community than Weatherwood Assisted Living, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
