Don't ever hire Weather-Tite Fencing (New Hartford). They will take your money and then you will never hear from them again. I have been fighting with them for almost 3 months now. They took our money, never showed up to do the work and now they wont give our money back! The owner, Bill Potoczny, took our $4,000.00 down payment then didn't show up when promised thre times. He never called to tell us he wasn't showing up after telling us he would. After he broke his third promise, we told him we were cancelling the job and wanted our money back. Of course, he wont give us our money back! He has ignored requests from the Better Business Bureau, The Consumer Protection Board and The NYS Atttorney General.... read more
