When we shop at Weathertech, it is always a pleasure to do business.
This company needs to overhaul their operations. Two warranty parts sitting on our accounts for MONTHS and we're receiving bills & collections. We have contacted the store at least a dozen times. If they weren't the only store in town that provided Carrier parts, we would absolutely be taking our business elsewhere.
