Please take this advice and do not deal with this company. They lied to us multiple times. And when we confronted them, the basically said, the sales agent does not work for the company and they cannot do anything to help us with our situation. Do not sign there contract. So many fine print details they do not warn you about. Our bill went from 11k to 15k to 26k for the same roof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I was very pleased with saleswoman, she was amazing! She got a new roof approved with my insurance super quickly! Day of install they messed up the caulking around my skylight from all the banging. Called and they had someone out here to fix it rather quickly. Fast forward a year and half and we had a leak that ruined a wall and some wood flooring. We can repair any damaged that we do or that wasn't done properly, we have nothing to do with the damage of the roof-jack, when we installed the roof shingles we changed everything, its impossible to leave the roof-jack broken and with out caulking because if not the leak would have come in since day one. After having several companies bid on a new roof for one of our houses, I selected WeatherShield to do the job. Not impressed with the initial salesman, I ended up talking with the sales manager, Michelle *****. She was very responsive, honest and courteous. The job went very well. We own several investment properties and will definitely use them again.
We were really happy with Autumn's job since the beginning. She is very professional and her attitude is wonderful . She was always there for us if we had any questions, she got the answers! We highly recommend her to take care of any roofing repairs.

Autumn ********* is great saleslady she took care of me right from start to finish. The company helped by coming out and going over the roof with the insurance adjustor to ensure that it was done fairly. They showed up when they said they would. When they arrived they swarmed my roof removing shingles, laying the flashing, and finally placing the shingles. They finished my roof in one day, plus, they upgraded me to a 30 yr architectural shingle for free.
