worst customer service ever. no Professionalism at all. I had a roof change with weatherproof in last summer. recently we saw a water leak on couple walls. so, I contacted the manager with whom i worked with last year since roof has 10-year workmanship warranty. after couple of follow up he told me one time when someone will come and check the roof. on that day, no body shown up on promised time and they ended up giving me 3 different time. so, in frustration I called owner, and somebody show after that. upon inspection foun... read more
Full Roof Replacement. Weatherproof Exteriors was easy to work with. Gave an estimate for the work. After accepting the estimate and signing the contract, they were able to start the next day. It took them about a day and a half to strip off the old roof, put on the new one and clean up the area. They did an excellent job. We are amazed at how fast and efficient the workers were. I definitely recommend Weatherproof Exteriors for excellent roofing work.
Weatherproof Exteriors was outstanding and I would recommend to all my friends and family for roofing and gutter needs. After severe hail damage we are very impressed with the quality of our new roof and gutters. Maija Boyd was our office manager and he was one of the most responsive and easy to work with. Weatherproof Exteriors is definitely a 5 Star in our book!!
