Bill came out very quickly and did a complete review of my old rusted gutters and damage. He was extremely professional, and I got an estimate the same day. The estimate included pictures of my house along with a drawing of where the new gutters would be. It was great. I was also given options for leaf guards, larger downspouts, and painted gutters. When got three estimates when selecting contractors for replacing the entire roof. All of them are competitive price wise. We selected Arthur because his estimates were most detailed with material and installation steps. We are really happy with the decision. His crew did above and beyond. The entire job finished in one day, crew showed up at 9 am, by 5 pm the are wrapping up. They did exactly in the estimate.
