Weather Master Roofing fell short on professionalism during my recent experience with Chris. Despite a scheduled 10AM appointment, Chris texted at 9:52 citing overlapping appointments as unprofessional and informed me he would not be providing an estimate. However, my 9:30 appointment was still on-site, in his car and about to leave. Expert installation and service for a great price. Chris promptly replied to an email about a small leak nine years after Weathermaster’s installation on a Sunday morning before Monday’s momentous storm this January and was up on the roof assessing and repairing the roof in 45 minutes. The three inches of rain in three hours the next day went by with no roof issues whatsoever. Chris and his crew just installed a new TPO roof on my flat roof house. I can't say enough good things about the experience. He is really busy, so you have to be patient with the start time, but he gave me a date he would be out and he showed up on time and got the job done. His crew was really friendly, and they clearly know what they are doing. He gave me a really fair price, great warranty, and got the job done when he said he would.
