Very shady business!!!!! I called for an estimate on my mother's home - Weatherguard took it upon themselves to replace the roof despite not having any sort of contract, permission, or authority to do so. Thank goodness our correspondence was via email. Now they've placed a lien on her home and they're demanding full payment. I've attempted to settle this with the owner but ******* **** ******, the cashier, is intercepting all calls and emails and apparently, she feels threats and a hostile tone will get that bill paid. This is a legal claim with an irresponsible benefactor of his mother’s estate. Contract both verbal and email form. This person did not notify our company of any cancellation. The person in question and his shady realtor are now resorting to name calling and slander. One more item to add to the legal battle. This email review will be directed to our attorney. House roofing I am extremely impressed with the roofing job they performed on my home. I got four bids and they were the lowest. They also cleaned up after the job and repaired some rotten plywood areas at no charge. I received a Workmanship warranty which can be passed on to a buyer of my home. They were very good. I recommend them wholeheartly. PROS: Gave a wriiten guarantee CONS: None i can think of!
contacted Weatherguard regarding roof leak...period of rain approaching so wanted some fairly quick response. Staff said someone would come out but couldn't say when. 2 days later, contacted them again with same response. With rain approaching I contacted several other companies and got 3 quick responses. First one came out within 90 minutes, examined roof, showed me pictures of leak site (no charge so far) and offered to repair on the spot as it wasn't major. As I mentioned in the text with this person, as well the on the phone call(s) I had no one to come out immediately. I would need to dispatch this to the owner, that I do not keep his schedule, that he will be able to be there within the next couple of days. We did not meet this persons expectations, however he already received responses so why is he so angry that our guy was not able to be there at his expected time? Keri and Angie assisted with me from the estimate through the replacement of my roof. The estimate was higher than the actual cost! Awesome! Excellent workmanship with the product and the finished result was in a timely manner. I recommend Weatherguard roofing and they will be my first call for future roofing projects.

THIS is how you do a roof in ONE day! A crew of 16 started around 8 am and will be done by 5! Thanks Caleb for everything you did keeping me dry before the big job! Two leak repairs from Charlie and now it’s almost done! Great customer service 100%! I would use no one else !!! EVER!
RecommendedWeatherguard has done more than one roof for me in the past few months. Caleb was the salesperson I worked with. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his approach and made sure no detail was missed. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of work and timing was great as well. I will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.
