The roof itself seems to be of high quality and well installed. There were two problems however. They had to cut back some of the siding and install flashing during the install. The cuts on the sideing are uneven and now, 2 years later, the bad cuts and lack of caulking after the cuts are begining to show. The other issue is that 2 years later I am still picking up nails and roofing tear off pieces. I have young children and specifically had asked them to be careful and clean up after.
