Please teach your reps to use doorbells and NOT pound on people's front doors. You woke my three month old.
One of their reps was going door to door in my neighborhood. He rang our doorbell when we were not home and then proceeded to trespass into our private yard and our deck to inspect our windows. He's lucky I was not home or I would have called the cops on him for trespassing. I called the company and let them know that they need better accountability of their canvassers. I bought windows and was told by salesman that after installation I cold finance balance for 5vyrs. At 0% interest and they ended op chipping my new countertop and sinkband jacuzzi tub when taking out glass block windows in bathroom. They would not give me insurance information to get them fixed. Todd did try to fix but the product didn't work. After having to replace They won't reimburse me. My windows leak and the owner shalome blamed my new furnace.
