Customer service is fantastic! I love their products that I use to build decks but also love their efficient and helpful customer service!!
Recent order for vinyl railing had two mistakes; wrong size spindles and incorrect brackets. However, customer service reacted immediately with replacement parts upon notification. Need improvement with order verification, but excellent customer service made up the difference, in my opinion.
