It’s been a pleasure working with Durables over the past two years. They are my primary Vinyl supplier. Zak has been so helpful as my salesman, anytime I have an issue, he is a phone call away. Their pricing is very far as well, I would recommend 100%
So far, after waiting over a week for a response, I'm being told I can't return 2 unopened rail kits. I will update if this gets any worse...customer service is currently well below par. This will most definitely be my last time using Weatherables for my business unless by some act of GOD, there is a complete 180 in terms of communication and/or reconciliation. NOT IMPRESSED.
If could rate this place 10 stars I would! Their customer service was amazing and everything was easy and exactly as they said it would be.
Ordered vinyl fence. Sent wrong corner and end posts. 3pieces broken. Took pics and called. They said would send replacements. Never received. Have called for a week and nobody answers?????
