Recent order for vinyl railing had two mistakes; wrong size spindles and incorrect brackets. However, customer service reacted immediately with replacement parts upon notification. Need improvement with order verification, but excellent customer service made up the difference, in my opinion.
they didn't process our tax exemption, after calling us they said they are unable to refund it
