Poor customer service. Beware if you already have their product installed don’t touch anything!! If you think there is a problem with your window, etc make them come out. Drywall was falling off corner of window from leaking prob for years (even though home was purchased only 30 days ago) and they are saying because drywall is off and we took off window trim as not to have more damage...Warranty is voided! Seriously?! Subpar product! We wanted them to come check the rest of the windows before we “touched” anything and they w... read more

We have been doing windows little my little with Weather Tight for years and had one set of windows done else where, we wish weather tight had done that group of windows also. But the Contractor we hired did. Not as pleased. No comparison to the weather tight quality that they continue to supply us from year to year. Weather Tight give professionalism 100% Sold on reliability.
Today I had my very first virtual estimate with our salesman Ryan from Weather Tight Corporation. We are a returning customer to Weather Tight and are looking to get a basement window replaced.
