They suck. Stay away
I purchased the high end windows from Weather Shield almost 2 years ago. I have had some issues with the windows which Weather Shield has acknowledged. They have made it very difficult to get warranty done on the windows. They say it is up to the technician to work his schedule and that was 3 months ago. Now their saying it will be a little longer and when asked what a little longer is they say it is up to the technician. Weather shield will not give a definite time.
