If I could give lower than a 1 star rating I would. I had my roof replaced by this storm chaser company in 2015. Since then I've had numerous leaks that pop up during heavy rainfall. While the company was still in town they did come out and repair the leaks but it seems they cannot get it right when it comes to skylights. I had a roof leak at my skylight in June 2019 of which this company has tried to fix once or twice before. This company is totally unresponsive and extremely difficult to communicate with. They do not return phone calls or emails on anything vaguely approaching a timely basis. Their promises mean nothing and are almost always broken or forgotten. I have been trying to get them back out to repair leaking skylights now for over a year now. They did show up twice after great efforts on my part, but always claimed that they either had the skylights repaired or someone else would come back to complete the temporary repair. Horrible service! Horrible sales rep! Horrible Office Manager! Horrible receptionist! ZERO communication between the bulk. Sales guy showed up in SANDALS and Slacks with a T-Shirt! No Ladder! Cheap $2.00 tarp Dont even bother! Even their contractors try and steal the business!! Over a month and no progress do NOT bother! 100% False Promises 100% legit customer
