Service is not a priority after payment is received. Our front door will still not lock properly.. June 19th, 2026,installed 8 windows and 2 doors. Advised them of the locking mechanism on the front door, finally came August 20th to view, decided on to go with bolt, October 8th no bolt and no contact with the installer. They have advised me that the installer is waiting for permission to buy the tool needed to complete the job. My advice would be to withhold some money until you are completely satisfied with the work.
I had two windows installed and they look absolutely amazing. The two guys that came to install them were awesome, professional friendly. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after. They even vacuumed everything even my carpeted steps. I would highly recommend them.
Nice products. Professional and efficient installers.
Great service, quick polite and professional.
