They installed my 3 unit mini split system. Correspondence with Chris and Andrew has been immediate at all times. Andrew worked on my system today and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I definitely feel that I can trust their team.

This company did a lot of work for me. They replaced my boiler with a new one and took time to install it and set it up. HOWEVER, there were many problems. One of the employees actually cut the wires to the downstairs thermostat and rendered it useless. Later, when I had a new tennant needing heat, no one could fix the problem that was created. Recently purchased a new house and called Weather Masters because the previous owner used the company for the HVAC installation. The entire team (from scheduling to servicing) was incredibly nice and accomodating. I called at 8:30am and a technician was at my house within 45 minutes. He very clearly explained his findings and recommendations, and I found their pricing very reasonable. Will definitely use them in the future!
