Great experience! Professional! I felt that I was heard By Kelly my hygienist and Dr.Collins
I had a cracked tooth. I called they got me in asap. They couldn't save the tooth. It got pulled but they gave me solutions about replacement for the area I chose none and they didn't judge. I think they are great
The staff are very friendly, and very good at what they do. Appointments get started on time and go quickly and smoothly. They also explain things and discuss options if further treatment is recommended.
I have never been comfortable going to the dentist-weird, I know. It had been years since I had last seen a dentist and my mouth was in bad need of a cleaning and my wisdom teeth were ready to come out. I was reffered to this office by a friend and could immediately understand why. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, there was a good energy in the place, and Dr. Collins is extremely intelligent and easy to talk to. Care was excellent. Doctor was very professional and caring as was his assistant.
The staff was professional yet relaxed...accommodating and amiable. The facilities were clean and comforting. The work was great and fast, and in all was a great experience!
We have been patients at Mountain View Family Dental since just after they opened. We felt so welcomed and loved ALL the staff. My oldest son (10yrs) also became a patient and enjoys his visits. They are kid friendly and just make everyone feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office.
They are great! Now that the staff is stable, the only thing that wasn't great was the chair, always end up with a backache and a headache the next day. They gotta get better chairs!!
