I communicated closely with Joe regarding the work that was necessary on my grandson‘s 2014 Chrysler 200 sport LTD. Joe was patient, kind, informational, knowledgeable, and exceptional, to give me comfort, knowing that my grandson‘s car will once again become fully operative. Each day Joe communicated with me to update what was going on with the mechanic and the next step that was needed to fix the vehicle. Broke down on 96 this morning. Towed here and dealt with Joe. He was very experienced and helpful. Got me back on the road for a great price.
Had an emergency repair as my daughter’s wedding in Lansing and as one can imagine there was a lot of stress to get the repair in time. They were great open early and got me in and out with plenty of time to spare. I highly recommend this location especially when time is important. They saved the day!
