I ordered mother day flowers from problems and they were delivered by this florist. I received the wrong flowers. The flowers I received were stuffed in a vase that was too small and it wasn’t the correct flowers. I would never order those flowers for my mother. I was embarrassed. Pro flowers were suppose to redeliver; I’m not sure if it’s from your florist or not but I wanted to personally let you know. You shop name was on the card. I received a vase of flowers for Mother's Day from my daughter and her family.The arrangement was bunched in the vase that was literally too small for it. No care or thought was used in the preparation. I will see if they will make this right.
The quality of work here is simply amazing! They went over and beyond for our shop during the busiest time of the year in the floral industry, and we are greatly appreciative!
