I signed a lease and they moved in other people from another property of theirs. Extremely unprofessional, there is no communication between “managers” just horrible all the way around
The customer service was A1. Sabrina was so polite, always available, so helpful, and always had all the answers. The home is so nice and they are getting it together so fast. I will definitely refer to Wealth Street.
They treated my family with the best service
If I could put 0 stars I would. Management is a joke. They don't care what their rental properties have going on. All this company does is cause problems and then refuse to fix them. You'll never know who your property manager is because they go through them and then never update you on who the new one is. I haven't lived in an apartment from these losers in 5 years and still get emails about "updates or maintenance" I say loosely because they probably just fix things with duct tape. I've been associated with Wealth Street Capital now for almost 5yrs at one of their properties in Bridge City,Tx and alot has changed since the very first lease that was signed by me, I was very appreciative for them accepting me as a tenant at their property and at the time I needed a place to live ASAP and the property manager at that time was okay and assisted me getting approved and moved in and I was very grateful, wasn't too many tenants there at the time I moved in and that kinda worried me for a awhile as to why no o... read more
