I got evicted after paying all my rent up to date the management is horrible … the maintenance men doesn’t fix anything and the ladies at the office r rude
Didn’t notify me that a tenant had to be at the residence for maintenance to fix electrical issues then, charged a $75 fee, told tenant that they would reschedule and send a maintenance person that Saturday. Tenant was at home and no one showed up from maintenance all day. Told Tenant they’d contact back to reschedule and never did. Not a good first month on the property.
I signed a lease and they moved in other people from another property of theirs. Extremely unprofessional, there is no communication between “managers” just horrible all the way around
The customer service was A1. Sabrina was so polite, always available, so helpful, and always had all the answers. The home is so nice and they are getting it together so fast. I will definitely refer to Wealth Street.
