I had an appointment for just a quick follow-up and I wasn't even seen I had to leave the office because it was too long of a wait and I had to get back to work. There was still a couple people ahead of me and I had already waited an hour after my appointment time. When I went to reschedule the appointment to where it would be a more convenient time, they had nothing available for any type of just follow-up appointment. As a patient and in need of an appointment their staff makes little to no attempt to book an appointment for care when you have foot pain.
I'm in the waiting room for my 3:00 appointment. That was 48 minutes ago. Still waiting. And yet they charge $50 if you cancel.
I had surgery for ingrown toe nails on both big toes today. Everyone was very friendly & Dr. Smith was WONDERFUL!!!! GREAT bedside manner & he really cared!! He made a scary experience not scary!!
we love the doctors and associates at we treat feet in westminster but i have breathing issues and the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired.
