Very rude, a year later im still in shock with the customer service. Somehow they keep getting my review deleted but I ordered something express and it was delayed when I called the very unprofessional lady, was cussing and yelling on the phone while i had kids listening which is completely unacceptable. I do not wish your business a success at all
Amazing family owned business. They always have the latest supplies for sublimation. They create tutorials for the newbies, and their prices are reasonable. If I could give more stars I would because each encounter with them is more than just a transaction, it's a learning experience.
