Great customer service Martha was very helpful
Previously I have been happy with this company of shipping but I feel they are not paying attention to their online store and putting online orders on the back burner. Order was not promptly shipped out. Ordered on the 9th, label created on the 10th but they didn’t drop off until the 15th which is what their page stated as the estimated arrival date. I would have been fine with delivery 16-17th but now estimated arrival is the 21st given no delays. Texas is a 4 day delivery to Alabama so if they would have shipped out by the... read more
Very rude, a year later im still in shock with the customer service. Somehow they keep getting my review deleted but I ordered something express and it was delayed when I called the very unprofessional lady, was cussing and yelling on the phone while i had kids listening which is completely unacceptable. I do not wish your business a success at all
Amazing family owned business. They always have the latest supplies for sublimation. They create tutorials for the newbies, and their prices are reasonable. If I could give more stars I would because each encounter with them is more than just a transaction, it's a learning experience.
My ppl are really helpful and show great customer service very professional and patient with me I love going in there ☝
