Scott’s inability to communicate effectively is shocking. I had scheduled a tour of one of his properties and was told to it was my job to remind him. I did that only to find out the property had already been rented out the day before. Avoid this company if you can both as a renter and a property owner.
Werentsd’s lack of diligence in adjusting the rent to market rate and their failure to secure an annual lease cost me thousands of dollars. As a result, the tenant was able to remain in the property for several months without proper lease enforcement, and I ultimately had to obtain a court order to have him removed. I have been using WeRentSD.Com for the past 20 years+. Scott and staff have been great! They handled all the minor repairs and kept the renters happy. Scott has always been available to answer questions and for updating the rental rates and rental agreement. Never lost a month of rent in all that time. Peace of mind in knowing Scott and staff are there to take care of any problems that could occur with my rentals. Thanks Scott!!

We have worked with Scott of WeRentSD.Com for many years now. He manages several properties for us and does a very thorough and thoughtful job both for the property owners and the tenants. When problems come up in a property he tends to it promptly to mitigate the damage and repair it as well as to minimize the inconvenience to the tenant. The peace of mind that we have from knowing that our properties are being properly managed makes the cost of having a property manager worth it. We wholeheartedly recommend him.
