Werentsd’s lack of diligence in adjusting the rent to market rate and their failure to secure an annual lease cost me thousands of dollars. As a result, the tenant was able to remain in the property for several months without proper lease enforcement, and I ultimately had to obtain a court order to have him removed. I have been using WeRentSD.Com for the past 20 years+. Scott and staff have been great! They handled all the minor repairs and kept the renters happy. Scott has always been available to answer questions and for updating the rental rates and rental agreement. Never lost a month of rent in all that time.
