The owner Paul Corcoran is the most arrogant, pompous person and is a landlord that WILL BREAK THE LAW IF AND WHEN HE FEELS LIKE IT. I have never had to deal with someone who treats their tenant in such a horrible way before. I came home to him moving my things out of my apartment and into a uhaul without any court order. I took him to court and filed theft charges on him. The case is still pending. He moved me out 3 days after the MERA program paid my rent, back and future in the sum of over $5100. I drive thru this alley and there is always garbage over flowing, even after the garbage trucks empty the cans, they don't pick up the garbage all around the garbage cans. And I had bees fly in my window from the garbage. Can't something be done about this disgusting sight all the time, why aren't they given extra garbage cans? I don't know who runs this rental property but it is on the corner of Yellowstone and 6th ave.
This place is disgusting! If I could give them zero it would be to high. They allow their rentals to be a health hazard. If you want to live like the photos rent from them. This is ongoing!
