The We Level Up Family Program that I am experiencing since my loved one was at the California facility has been great. The online meetings start on time, everyone is heard, questions are answered and you are given tools to help yourself which in turn helps your loved one. Miranda and Miss V. are GREAT facilitators and Miranda does a fantastic job of coordinating family matters and providing information needed. Keep up the good work!

DO NOT GO HERE.....they lie and manipulate you to go here. Was lied to while there. Detox rooms are dirty. Flys are everywhere....they should buy a bug zapper. Groups consist of paper packets and videos that I can google myself. They let the same people talk and repeat themselves in groups. They don't direct groups to use "I" statements nor discourage cross talk. No outings. Only 6 patients can go to aa meetings and it's not consistent. We were without MILK FOR A WEEK and butter. My experience has been amazing . I waited 5 weeks for another facility to turn me away we level up got me a bed date in 30 mins. The staff is amazing. My casemanager Vanessa was great I never had to wait for her. I got more progress with Ana my therapist then I've gotten with my other therapists in 6 years. The place is beautiful. If you’re actually willing to take advantage of the facility and are willing to put in the work, it’s a really good launch point for recovery. It has its flaws, but I enjoyed my time while there (as did everybody else who put in the work). The admissions does lie to you. There isn’t easy beach access and you’ll go to 1-3 outside meetings while there. I originally came here seeking support for my mental health and drug addiction. While I didn’t receive as much mental health-specific care as I expected, I’ve learned that you can never know too much about your past struggles with addiction — and in that regard, this experience has been incredibly valuable.
