My experience has been amazing . I waited 5 weeks for another facility to turn me away we level up got me a bed date in 30 mins. The staff is amazing. My casemanager Vanessa was great I never had to wait for her. I got more progress with Ana my therapist then I've gotten with my other therapists in 6 years. The place is beautiful. DO NOT GO HERE.....they lie and manipulate you to go here. Was lied to while there. Detox rooms are dirty. Flys are everywhere....they should buy a bug zapper. Groups consist of paper packets and videos that I can google myself. They let the same people talk and repeat themselves in groups. They don't direct groups to use "I" statements nor discourage cross talk. No outings. Only 6 patients can go to aa meetings and it's not consistent. We were without MILK FOR A WEEK and butter. Wonderful location. It truly is the Ritz Carlton of recovery centers. ALL OF THE STAFF IS AMAZING. If you're not sure, let this 5 star review give you confidence that this is THE BEST place you can go to, hands down. I will miss everyone there and will be coming back once I get a few years or many months of sobriety. Would love to coach and help others in their recovery process. H&I panels etc. Have faith in We Level Up. They are the real deal! 🙏🙌❤️

My loved one heard from Tanner from the alumni services team a few times after he left treatment. He’s doing well with the support they built out, but mentioned how nice Tanner was and how it felt good to still get calls and feel cared about. This treatment center seems to genuinely care during and after treatment, which means a lot to the both the person in recovery and the family.

We level up is amazing . For me personally the therapist are phenomenal. Not only bringing balance but unrenown relatability to each of my personal situations. Keeps me on a healthy tract. Thank you sincerely. Not sure what I would do without you all.
