We use this company for our permits and HERS testing, and they have been great to work with. The office staff is always very friendly, responsive, and helpful, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate their professionalism and reliability. Highly recommend!
At the start looks was ok price was good . When you ask something they don’t like straight away they can be rude and also can hung up on you if you say no. The person who I talked named Harry (not sure his real name) after we negotiated on the price they added another $350 (according to them finance company charges them which absolutely not true) After I told them because what they changed will pay cash(initially was $6600 and gone up $6950) $6000 (which they say cash is cheaper)and Harry just hang up on me while we talk. The HERS rater who visited the job site did not file the report and check important information. The report was written and signed by someone who never visited the site with several points of technical information incorrect. After a phone call, we were contacted immediately by management, who apologized and who sent out another technician. It is not clear if the contractor or the HERS rate provided the incorrect data.
