At the start looks was ok price was good . When you ask something they don’t like straight away they can be rude and also can hung up on you if you say no. The person who I talked named Harry (not sure his real name) after we negotiated on the price they added another $350 (according to them finance company charges them which absolutely not true) After I told them because what they changed will pay cash(initially was $6600 and gone up $6950) $6000 (which they say cash is cheaper)and Harry just hang up on me while we talk. The HERS rater who visited the job site did not file the report and check important information. The report was written and signed by someone who never visited the site with several points of technical information incorrect. After a phone call, we were contacted immediately by management, who apologized and who sent out another technician. It is not clear if the contractor or the HERS rate provided the incorrect data. The report was written and signed by someone who never visited the site with several points of technical information incorrect. We reported the company the California Department of Energy. The whole idea of a HERS rater is to check the work of the contractor instead it appears the company just made up information which was incorrect.
