After completely repaying a loan. It has been many years and I can't get a refund for the balance. I have repeatedly called and sent written requets forms for monies owed. I just want my balance. I regret becoming involved with this company. There is no way to unfreeze this account. How do I get any help. This review needs to be ZERO stars!!!!!! No one seems to care!
I have had problems ever since my account was transferred to WE Florida Financial by my original credit union (without my consent or knowledge.) They currently have my account frozen; I can't close it nor access my money. They are holding it hostage. They pray on the people not fully understanding what there signing up for and just demand you pay for service not rendered .they say there loaning you this money in order to make your life better but you only recieve it through certain chanels then they want you to pay for money a loan that was never recieved and thats the bottom line if you want your credit to stay in good standing . I leased a Jeep with Sawgrass Jeep. I had no clue that my leasing company was We Florida Financial until I received my first bill. I assumed I was with Chrysler. Well I went to pay my bill online with my checking account I learned I could not. I paid off my car loan on September 1st, 2020 and they never submitted for my title. Fast forward to today November 2nd, 2021 and Im having issues getting my title. They will not expedite the process or give me a manager to speak to. They said it will be 48 hours before they release my title. They expect you to pay your bill on time but don't handle their business in an appropriate time frame.
I have been with this institution for 14 years and since the name changed, so has the service. Too many fees and poor customer service. I became disabled from COVID-19 pneumonia. I had to file for disability. They repossessed my car and closed my accounts without my knowledge.
Our auto loan from a purchase in Central Florida was bought by We Florida Financial. Best description of this financial institution is Predatory. STAY AWAY! First, there is an extra $70 charge for "doc fees" applied to the loan amount. Called to inquire what this could be. We Florida Financial is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have all the wrong information for my online account, the wrong phone number so I can’t access online to make payments, all the wrong security questions so I can not unlock my account. Every time I call then there is a 30-60 minute wait to speak with someone who is under qualified to answer my questions, then they say they will hve an account specialist call me back during normal business hours.
