I would not recommend this business to anyone. My parents paid them 418.00 to fix the leak in their washing machine. The machine was dumping water out from under it the first time it was as used after he worked on it. My mom has reached out to them multiple times. Once he made an appt to look at it but didn’t show up and since then he just doesn’t answer calls or texts. He is a scammer that takes advantage of elderly people

I am really impressed with Matthew. Good communication and prompt service. He came the same day to repair my ancient fridge for me. So grateful. I will hire him again in the future.

I highly don’t recommend. Communication and commitment to a job is terrible. I’ve had him do a couple jobs in the past, both times he cancelled on days he was supposed to be there. Was supposed to come do a job 3 days ago, once again he cancelled. I’ve repeatedly reached out him for rescheduling the past couple days, and he keeps leaving me on read. Very unprofessional.
