Fixed a rod and belts, they were only here for 40 minutes total between 2 days. They don’t show you the itemized invoice until you pay it, so you don’t really know what you are paying for until they already have your money. Charged us $250 for a part we didn’t get. When we questioned it the said that’s how they charged for labor. By charging us for a part? What? Also if it was for labor, $250 for 40 minutes? That breaks down to $375 per hour. So they charge the same as an attorney?
Recently had my washer repaired. They were on time and Ivan seemed to know what he was doing. Everything was fine until I reviewed my invoice. I was charge $250 for “gear case repair”. There was no repair to the gear case only suspension rods and belt. When I asked about this charge I was told by the technician and a member of management it was the labor fee for work rendered. Alex from We-Fix Appliance Repair did a tremendous job fixing our Bosch dishwasher that was fried during an unfortunate whole house power surge. Unfortunately it took a few visits to fix the machine during the diagnostic to see what actually was impacted, but was very very impressed with how Alex handled communication and timelines. When parts arrived he came same day or first thing next day. Always reached out with professionalism! God forbid we have another issue but he would be the only person I’d call!
I called from San Antonio for help fixing my mom's washing machine in Pflugerville. Amal arrived the same day and conveniently fixed the washer within an hour. He was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable of the brand and lifetime expectancy of the machine. I highly recommend We-Fix Appliance and I will call again if needed.
