Richard's professionalism, dependability, clear communication, and unmatched attention to detail made our project a breeze. He brought our 5 acre site plan to life and beautifully executed a pond, a precession house pad to accommodate raised porches, and provided drainage along the lot. Since completion of the project, Richard has returned several times to monitor the drainage and ensure there are no problem areas on site. We highly recommend him for your next project.
When getting any kind of work done it seems like in this day in age it is difficult to get businesses to even return your calls. At least I know when it comes to dirt work I will never have this problem because Richard Latiolais has been the most reliable contractor to work with by far. As I've been developing my land Richard has helped me many times and I've come to rely on his experience as I make progress on my land. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Richard puts honesty above all else and I couldn't imagine anyone else being easier to work with.
10/10 would recommend Richard for any and all your dirt work needs. He is very professional, reasonably priced, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! My husband and I were extremely satisfied with his work.
I contacted Richard Latiolais to give me an estimate to remove concrete and fill in an old 16x34 fiberglass pool. He came out to see the area the same day. Gave me a price and said he could do it between jobs the following week. Well the next morning he contacted me and asked if he could do the job that day. I told him to go ahead and get started.
