I do NOT recommend! We Care installed my A/C and it has had a lot of issues over the first few years. During this week's heat wave, it crapped out again and I had to schedule 5 days out. Now the day of the appointment, they called and cancelled. This is the second time they have done this! My recommendation? Find an HVAC company that ACTUALLY cares about their customers and doesn't just throw the word around.
Had a great experience with my We Care Technician. He was on time, very courteous and utmost a professional. As advertised, the service was $44.00 for a simple drain clearing. What a relief to see that the service and pricing matched. Thankfully they exceeded my expectations. I suggest that you hire We Care for your next heating and plumbing service.....
The technician they sent me was able to clear the error messages and got straight to work on correcting the faulty drainage system the original installers and subsequent techs missed. Seemed to work when he left. Let's all hope that i finally get to enjoy a whole summer with a fully working high end AC. ...8 months since their last visit and whole condenser replacement... system error and fan failure. We have the membership providing annual check-ups. The A/C system was inspected finding a failed component. It was replaced under warranty. We added a surge protector to the outside A/C equipment. There was also a failed surge protector in the system equipment in the attic. It wasn't under warranty. We had it replaced to protect the equipment from power surges. The five stars all go to Skyler Lewis, who is a supremely competent HVAC repair man. He came to our home at the end of his work day after dealing with three other repairs already. Thanks to his hard work and skill, we can enjoy our new $24K Lennox HVAC system while the heat rages outside. Thank you! I have to say though that he had to fix an installation problem caused by the same company. If you get "No communication with the unit" error on your panel two months after installation, it is from improper wiring. Ask for Skyler... read more
