We have the membership providing annual check-ups. The A/C system was inspected finding a failed component. It was replaced under warranty. We added a surge protector to the outside A/C equipment. There was also a failed surge protector in the system equipment in the attic. It wasn't under warranty. We had it replaced to protect the equipment from power surges. The five stars all go to Skyler Lewis, who is a supremely competent HVAC repair man. He came to our home at the end of his work day after dealing with three other repairs already. Thanks to his hard work and skill, we can enjoy our new $24K Lennox HVAC system while the heat rages outside. Thank you! I have to say though that he had to fix an installation problem caused by the same company. Today we had 2 service men from We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Both men were courteous and very thorough in their servicing of our plumbing and heating and air conditioning systems. We have a monthly service plan with WeCare and receive periodic check-ups and servicing of our equipment to keep them in good order. I would like to make a special review of Arturo Trujillo, who serviced our 2 heaters and 2 air conditioners. We thought he was outstanding. Quick, clean, very affordable service. They were very easy to communicate with and worked cleanly and efficiently. Robert initially came to my house who already did all his homework for the consult the day after we scheduled on the phone. We scheduled installation the following Monday and Alfredo the technician and another guy(sorry I forgot) finished the work (replaced Condenser and furnace) in scheduled time. All work was clean and they were very courteous.
I have my heater serviced annually and the gentleman came in and was very professional on time friendly explained everything and got it tuned up for winter. I will have the AC turned up before summer to make sure no breakdowns during the summer season. I would recommend this company
