Only because we have to leave at least a star. They not only didn;'t bother to give us a time today making my wife an I have to take the day off, they didn't even show up! We called twice. And the third call was pointless because it was an aI assisted call that did nothing. Now we are out the $240 contract money they pressured us into signing and we get nothing in. return. I wouldn't trust these people to FLUSH my toilet let alone dod the difficult task I asked them to do which was to replace the seat. TOTALLY WORTHLESS!!
