Service was great techs are friendly and knowledgeable.
We have been happy with the service from We Care. My recent concern is a fan motor that was supposed to last for years has gone out and we are unable to use the air conditioning during this hot spell, but a new one is on order and they will be installing it in a few days. But that is an equipment issue, not a service one. I do have some issues with the service contract since it is expensive but is necessary for warranty purposes, Also, had we known that we have to replace the system filter once a year to the tune of $145, we... read more

Ronny was very professional.He worked with me to give what I wanted.Answered all my questions and did very good job.
I called them out for an estimate and when the price sounded right he actually went to the supplier and got the new water heater that I needed and worked until 7pm to get the job done. Very professional.
We have the monthly program with We Care for Heating and Air Conditioning. The appointment and follow up process is excellent. The service technicians were on time, very thorough and made some very good recommendations. Getting this kind of service is very important to the long term care of our equipment. I would recommend using We Care as your Heating and Air Service provider.
