Jeff did a diagnostic on our air conditioner and pointed out the main problem was our ducts.
I would like to thank Austin, service technician for providing my A/C component with tender loving care - he did such a wonderful job, I will be requesting him as my service technician moving forward. Additionally, Daniel customer service representative is always kind and respectful over the telephone, greatly appreciated him taking care of my appointment without any delays and or cancellations!!!
