Their communication is horrible. When I made my appointment to have my air conditioner serviced, they told me a date but did not give me any approximate time, e.g., morning or afternoon. They told me someone would call either the night before or the morning of to let us know. Never received a call the night before or the day of. Finally I called at 10 and they told me that it looked like it would be afternoon but if things changed they would call. Joe Canino came this morning to do my plumbing inspection. I’m so grateful he did. He checked everything including the shut off valves under the sinks. He found 5 that were malfunctioning and said they should be replaced. We went ahead and are thankful we did. Joe found one that was severely cracked and a potential leak hazard. It was upstairs so the damage potential was enormous. He did a great job quickly even though some were really difficult. 5 stars for Joe and We Care.
