I’d give this guy 0 stars if google allowed. Very unprofessional company. We set up a round trip transport for a patient of ours. They never showed up or called. They don’t even answer their phone if they know they messed up with you. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THEM!
They do not provide transportation for Medicaid patients.
They left my wheelchair bound sister and me stranded. On the 21st of July, 2016 I called We Care Medical Transportation to arrange transportation for my wheelchair bound sister from the rehab facility she was in to Denver airport on Sunday July, 24th. I called on Saturday the 23rd to confirm those arrangements and I was told all was in order. Sunday arrived and there was no transport van to be found.
