My first visit back to your office was very good. I was well over due, since I was suppose to have a cleaning in February, but I wasn't well and then the Virus hit. Tina was great, very kind, and understanding, since my teeth weren't as clean as they usually are, but I was well overdue. I have to admit that I wasn't sure I should keep the appointment, but I'm very happy that I didn't change my mind.
I just want to say I felt safe. 100% Thanks Of course the staff is the best and I couldn't be happier being at patient at We Care Family Dentistry.
Tina did my teeth cleaning. She was extremely professional and painless which is the best combination possible. We Care Family Dentistry also did a very nice job of handling the Coronavirus precautions by having an employee take your temperature and blood pressure while you were in the car. Plus, since it was raining hard, he made sure everyone stayed dry by providing umbrella coverage. That is why we enjoy coming to WCFD for all of our dental work. .
Nice to have complete confidence that everything is done to protect the customer's health. Such a pleasant, well-run dental office!! I never fret about visits to the dentist.
This was my first visit under the new restrictions. It ran very smoothly and everyone that assisted me were pleasant and thorough. It was also the first visit since Brad's passing and I must say that I truly felt loved. From the flowers by Monica and the blessings of Tina as she worked on my teeth. Most importantly I was very much touched by Heidi and Dr. Walt who gave me a big hug. That has definitely been something I miss now that I live alone. Amen to all your hearts of Jesus. Excellent sanitizing by staff. You can feel comfortable going to the dentist at We Care!
From arrival to departure my trip to the dentis was excellnt, especially considering that this is the "age" of masks and separation. As usual, care was "top drawer."
