I was early for the appointment, and you took me as you were able (sooner, if I remember correctly). Going to the dentist is never a "pleasant experience", but you make it enjoyable. Lots of mags to peruse, comfortable waiting room, etc. Your staff are all very pleasant. Yes, I will keep coming back, especially when I receive a good report about my teeth!
