How can they improve ? - Well, by not dropping old people off like they did to my 85 years old mother who does not speak English and is new to the USA. My name is Fanny Haefeli and my complaint is about my mother Mariya Pavlova who was a patient of MASS Clinic which is sponsored by We Care. All was good until one day they decided to drop her off and canceled services.
