Just got unwarranted mail from this company. We're not looking to sell our house "AS IS" -- or for that matter looking to sell our house at all. If their business model is based on advertising to people who have expressed no interest in selling their house, they are doing a great job. Please avoid wasting paper and don't mail to me anymore.
We had a great experience! They walk you through everything to make it simple and easy. Very courteous and knowledgeable people. It was a great decision to work with everyone there.
