Do not rent off these people unless the house is inspected correctly. They cost me thousands of extra dollars in electric and gas bills. Every contractor that came into the house told me that the house was redone with poor quality. The owner ignored the advice the contractors would give and decided to put his money before quality. Live wires were left exposed, brand-new floors were breaking apart, and pipes were freezing in that house once it hit below 25 degrees. If you rent off this slum lord, good luck.
