A few years back they wouldn't perform a winterization service since I didn't purchase it in the spring. Next, this year they wouldn't allow me to purchase two fertilizer treatments. They wanted me to purchase the whole 5 treatment plan, I said no thanks! The other day they said they'd be there on Friday to do the yard bug treatment. I call in Friday to get a time frame and they said not till Monday. Now I'm out of a full day of work. I asked for a refund and told them I'm done.

I have been a customer for 7-10 years. I had a renter move out who has been in my rental for 7 years and we was always there when they shut down the irrigation system and he always started it up as it is on a back flow valve. The renter has since moved out and I have called twice this week to help me get it up and running again. I have to receive a telephone call. To me this is bad customer service. The only reason they’re getting but ONE star is that it doesn’t offer NEGATIVE value scores. Get a written contract before you have this firm do work for you! They can’t get much right: After waiting 4 weeks for my appointment, the truck arrived- their paperwork showed the WRONG LOCATION, WRONG PRODUCT (what they proposed using would require no livestock use for 14 days, not 1 HR), and would NOT honor the quoted price (wanted to charge me 8 TIMES the rate quoted- their moron staffer did NOT listen to my request.) WD picks up toys, honors requests not to spray with the dogs out, and, weather permitting, comes when they call. They always call ahead so you know when they are coming !
