I was referred to John by a trusted friend. He was initially very responsive when I reached out to have him install luxury laminate flooring in my newly purchased house, September 2022. He said the job would take 2 days to finish and it ended up taking over 3 weeks. He showed up promptly to collect payment and said if there were any issues to reach out and he would handle them immediately.
