These people say they are going to call back and NEVER do...I’ve called 4 different times about my garage doors and they keep saying we’ll have someone call you...haven’t yet and it’s been over a month 😡😡

I called two weeks ago about my garage door that was installed by your company in regard to the door collapsing and is not operable. I’m simply looking for a repair. I am still waiting for someone to return my calls and I still am unable to access my garage. Complete unacceptable customer service.

This review is purely about their employee’s driving. A 20something male with long hair and a bucket hat tailed me and several other vehicles multiple times (I was already going 10mph over) and almost hit me/ran me off the road when he decided to take an exit at the last second. I have a new garage door that I just need installed, but I won’t spend a dime here because of one employee’s reckless driving.

Bob was out to replace sensors for my garage door. Didn't take long, he was nice, polite and chatted with me. I would recommend WD Door.
Dylan, one of WD Door's well trained techs, came, as scheduled, quickly determined the problem with my garage door and fixed it without delay. This was all done for a reasonable price. I can recommend WD Door with confidence.

After speaking to Jenny on the phone she had a repair crew here in a very short time. The men were fast to respond, knowledgable about the repair, and able to explain future maintenence that could be needed. Austin and Cody were very professional and I would have them back for any future repairs.
Our garage door stopped working to the point of it being a safety issue. We called WD Door and they sent someone that next morning for the fix. It was quick, they were super friendly, and we will absolutely be using them again in the future!
