These guys are great! I was a little nervous at first buying mowers so far from West Plains where I work, but these guys beat prices and are always professional, friendly, and get me taken care of right away! Especially Ken and the guys in the back. They will keep my business!
Great Service, and Friendly People, and Great Price's
These guys know what they are doing!! Running a lawn care company there is only a few dealerships in Southwest MO that we trust and are willing to do business with and WCT is one of them. Their customer service is hands down the best around.
Carl helped us today--very nice guy, super easy to work with and knowledgable about his products! I would highly suggest anyone in the market to come check them out!!
Basically don't do any business with them, I sure wish I had not ever walked through the doors. The owner has no idea what customer service is and his idea of how to answer a customers concern is to yell at you.
I bought a new Lawn tractor and the service was great!! It was a great experience!!!
