Brought a tractor in for a repair . They quoted $1,000-1200 . Ended up spending $2,400+. There are plenty of tractor stores out there, I’d avoid this one .

Hello Jason, I'm sorry you feel this way, but that initial quote was given over the phone before the tractor was ever seen. Once it was here you were called and updated as other issues were found. You also decided to add a new seat, we have documentation of the phone calls and prices being approved by you.
RecommendedI shopped all over Springfield for a gooseneck, I was very overwhelmed with the salesmen I dealt with. On my way home I remembered seeing a trailer on a Craigslist at WCT. I highly recommend this company! I would like to thank Carl and the owner, Greg, for their time, effort and patience they took with my "OCD" husband. Carl spent several hours with him answering questions and showing him all the mowers he was interested in. Carl was very knowledgeable and was always available. Went in today & bought my new farris mower at the marshfield store, Carl & Morgan were very helpful & knowledgeable helped answer all my questions. Glad they were there to help me.

Bill was great. I am an arborist and called asking for a specific Echo top handle chainsaw at 4:35 today. They had it with 2 different options for bar length. He saved me the one I wanted and told me a quicker route to get there since I was on the way and trying to get there before they closed. Once I got there, he put fuel and bar oil in the saw and made sure it started right.
