When me and brother were going for a swim there in over 15 which is the age over where I don’t need supervision and my brother 12 was under mine were pulled out by one of the staff and told I have to be sixteen even though they told me it will be fine since I don’t need an adult and was forced to call up my mum where after checking with staff they told us “ yeah well since she is here you must be over 16” even though I’ve been there plenty of times with my mates these past couple of weeks
Steer clear. The pool has gone down over the past couple of months. . Lessons are terrible, pool is cold, young school kids at the desk who have no idea what they are doing. Messages not passed onto management. Cannot wait for the new local swim school to open so I can pull my little ones out.
