I am in the process of moving out of 920 N 3rd St #301 and I would absolutely NOT recommend living here. My experience has been defined by repeated pest infestations and a troubling lack of accountability from management. Every photo attached was taken either inside my unit or in the common hallway. Would NOT recommend. WCI lease transfer guidelines need to be revised in the future specifically regarding security deposits. Tenant that took over my lease refuses to reimburse me my security deposit. WCI should be responsible for reimbursing security deposits not between lease transfer tenants.
I do service work for this company always get quick response from Rachel Lori and Chris always great to work with.
