This company was the contracted installer of our floors for our new build with KHovnanian. Our flooring material is peeling at the edges in three places (Shaw Pro LVP) and we have to go through the installer apparently to file the warranty claim with Shaw. I’ve left three messages with Debbie in residential customer service and still don’t have a call back. Now I’ve left a 4th message with the “receptionist” voicemail. I’ll change my rating of someone actually calls back.
Got unloaded very quickly. If you can manage to turn around, docking isn't bad. Docking would be a lot easier if the red dumpster wasn't in front of the docks.
